Recruitment Procedures  
 

1).     We recruit from the military, As due to the general psychological nature, Normally they are Ex-Draftees who have spent 2 years in the military, Often from the Royal guards regiments, Whose reputation for discipline is well known.

2).     ADVERTISING
Where appropriate. For example for customers who require guards to perform and act more like receptionists, car park attendants, Night telephone operators vacancies may be advertised by using suitable media stating the qualification of the candidate.

3).     GENERAL REQIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOW:-

  • Male (of female where appropriate) age 20-40
  • Minimum educational qualification of M.S. 1 (I.E. 7 year of schooling)
  • Physically flit certified by approve hospital and free from the use of drugs)
  • 160 CM. And above
  • Up to date and complete set of identification records I.E. id card, House registration, School certificate, Military papers.
  • No records with the police
4).     INTERVIEWING AND RECORDS CHECK.
They will be carefully remitted by our personnel manager and assistance operation manager by an interview process to eliminate candidates who do not meet the mandatory requirements and examines a keep suitability for the Job physically and mentally reduce remaining candidates to manageable proportions selection those with the most desirable requirements qualities and experience no security guards is accepted for our training course without this procedure.

5).     TRAINING, WEEDING OUT PROCESS DURING TRAINING.
We believe our training course to be the best in the kingdom of Thailand. It has been prepared in conjunction with. Experts from our associate company in the UK, And gives the guards enough knowledge to equip them to carry out security at out customers premises in a competent and confident manner. It is conducted by the personnel manager assisted by our chief inspector and out-side lecturers. (I.E. fire department personnel) the course covers ten full days and culminates in a written and oral examination guards who fail to met the requires standard either during the course of as a result of the examination, Are of course, Rejected. It is a matter of pride to us that we can take personal responsibility for each guard who successfully completes the course, even after completion the guards undergo on-going training. Specially designed for our customers premises, and they remain on probation until operations manager and personnel manager agree that they are suitable to be confirmed in their appointment.

6).     A curriculum of the training programmer is given below:-

Day Program
1 Introduction to the company, explanation of program. Drill and physical to include physical , Psychological tests during the drill.
2-3 Drill and physical training, Psychological test.
4 Unarmed combat, use of night stick, Handcuffs.
5-6 Traffic control, Fire-fighting, Dealing with bomb threats and first aid.
7 Principles of security, How to guard a building, How to patrol a building and how to deal with intruders.
8 How to identify risks of fire, crime, waste and accidents, reporting procedures, paper work, dealing with the public.
9 Body, Baggage’s and packaging search, uniform and equipment, How to wear correctly, How to use correctly, and how to maintain.
10 Power of arrest-related basic knowledge of the law. Written and oral examination, revision of vital points.

7).     WEAPONS TRAINING (IF REQUIRED)
Weapon training is conducted with both 12 bore shot guns and .38 caliber side arms under qualified instructors drawn from the Royal Thai army with advice ream an expert on use of fire arm by civilians.
