Supervision During Work  
 

       The company maintains a 24 hour control room with stand-by guards and duty manager. On special assignments company radios are used to facilitate control on site.

THE FOLLOWING METHOD OF SUPERVISION IS APPLIED:-

1).      Issued guards with written general orders, Regulations, Instructions.

  • Inspection by inspectors 1-3 times in any 24 hours at random utilizing inspection time for further training, test, and review.
  • Weekly inspection by an independent inspector from the military.

2).     Inspections by senior staff of the company on a weekly or monthly basis.

3).     The use of GCS-Guard control system with the computerized print-out.

4).     2-3 Days retraining by the quality control officer when appropriate at the customers premises.

5).     The reporting procedures from inspector and guards for incident reports, are submitted to the customer on a daily basis.

6).      Assign a supervisor offices trained in operation procedures to each account with more than 6 guards. (One supervisor may control 2-3 accounts).


7).     Inspire guards to perform in full capacity by giving promotions, rewards etc. (We use ranking systems similar to the Amy)

8).     Try to assist guards in their personal or financial problems on a individual basis.


9).     Monthly meeting with all guards with the rank above lance corporal by he personnel and operation manger at the company office.

10).     Monthly visit to customers by sale personnel for their consultation.
