	Qualification Male or female age between 20 - 35 years. Thai nationality Minimum educational qualificational of ms. 3 (ie. 9 years of schooling) Good personality and healthy Past military service ( male ) Without criminal record Non – smoker and not an alcohol Have an understanding in basic english skills (upon customer request) Have previous work experience Training our company realises the importance of staff improvement and we are regularly in contact to maintain a high standard and make improvements as follows; Step 1 We provide our employees with a thorough understanding of the services provided and the results that employees will benefit from by doing it in a professional way Step 2 Training is provided on how to solve problems at the office. Step 3 Further training in presentation and proper mannerism Step 4 English training is provided to staff who would work in the places such as embassy, thai airway international, and five star hotels etc. Step 5 All training is provided by professional instructors or by staff with many years of experience in the field on which they lecture.
